First off this was not a case of user error, I've worked in the gun industry for 12 years and tried it on 3 rifles and rails none of which it fit on correctly. to make it work and fit to my standards I had to take a dremel tool to the notch in the rear, and swap out the m lok bolts it came with for proper bolts that would turn and lock into place. Worked out great in the end but needed heavily modified and additional parts to secure it.

Very good product no complaints light is very bright was also easy to install

I bought the vism vsg 250 lumen light with vertical grip. Very sturdy in my hand. Has a flicker that can be adjusted for ambidex styles (perfect because I'm a lefty) true to its 250 lumen with an option for dimmer (~100 lumens) and for strobe. Strong M-LOK and it looks like it can be converted to key guard or picatinny but haven't tried it to guarantee it. Also came with a 123 style battery! No other light has battery included. Will definitely be buying again for future products and as gifts!

Easy to install, light is bright and grip is comfortable.
Have not fired weapon since installation, but I feel it will hold up.

Solid grip with a bright light. The m-lok mount was cut just a hair too big so it wouldn’t seat. Probably just a one-off. Seems decent if it would fit. Not Optics Planet fault. Something something 200 characters minimum.

I was really skeptical when I purchased this 3 years ago. This brand has a reputation for being trash. Against my better judgment I tried them becasue I liked how the light/grip combo looked. 3 years and 2500 rounds later the light still works as well as the day I got it. It has spent roughly half that time as a trunk gun getting banged around and being exposed to high heat/cold. I have it mounted on an AR pistol, so I had to do some modifying to get it to work. But it was as simple as removing some of the mlok connectors. This was becasue of my handguard, not the GRIP light itself. I had put it on a 16in upper first with no issues. I also really like that the grip angle is similar to the magpul k2. I honestly can't remember if the mlok nuts were incorrectly made, but I know it has held tight these 3 years. Based on my experience I would buy it again, and I honestly would recommend it if you want a cheap gun light solution. I can't really think of any cons. I do worry about the light part on the front breaking becasue of who makes this and how much it cost. But honestly, so far it's held up just fine. There is no flicker, no wiggle, no give, no issues with controls, no signs of this thing failing... And the gun has been beat to heck over the years of shooting, training, and rolling around in a trunk before being in the cabin.

At first i thought i was doing something wrong when trying to install it on my mlok handguard. So i took it all apart and did some mlok research and found that the t-nuts are shaped wrong, square on the the install side but oval when turned 90%. I dremeled down the round sides so they fit in the mlok slots. A pain in th A$$ for something that says its for mlok but doesnt fit. Not sure if i received the wrong tnuts or if handguards are made different sizes as mlok. Also had to dremel the thumb switch thinner because it was hitting the handguard and wwouldnt stay up making it not functional.

Received item promptly - packaged well. Item worked just as described. Very happy with toggle switch - light turns off when lever released - solid feature when trying not to give away your position. Item seems rugged and durable - time will tell. So far, another satisfied purchase from Optics Planet.

i did not like it. the angled grip is uncomfortable. its hard plastic and and difficult to grip. grip should be vertical and molded rubber. they spent more time making a light than making a foregrip
the ambi switch seems work ok, light bright enough

The only bad review on this when I made my purchase was the m-lok not fitting. I have several m-lok attachments and have extra hardware so I went out on a whim because the other reviews on the product were good. As soon as I saw the m-lok screws and hardware that came with this, I knew they wouldn't work. I had extras so it was an easy fix. Other than the mounting hardware I'm really happy with the product, especially for the price. Shipping only took a couple of days on a late night purchase. I'd give it 5 stars if the mounting hardware was right for M-Lok.
