Experimental Designed Telescope
This telescope is by well known Japanese Brand Vixen. Has 110mm Objective. However when compared to a smaller classic maksutov design, it has poorer contrast & resolution. I had use a celestron C90 to compared side to side, both scope well colliminated showing airy disc. The C90 outgunned this scope in terms of Resolution & brightness. The only advantage of this scope it can offer a higher FOV (1.8 Degree vs 1.2 Degree in C90). Worth the money? Your call. If you prefer for photography, maybe yest (Faster, F/9.4)
Pros: Light Weight
Cons: Low Resolution & Poor Contrast

Excellent Telescope
The Vixen 110L OTA arrived quickly, with no abnomalies. The scope is quality constructed with excellent optics. I use it with a heavy duty photo tripod. Excellent grab and go scope. Optics Planet provides excellent products with excellent service.
Pros: Easy to set up and use with quality construction and great viewing. The built in flip mirror is an asset.
