do not buy this from them. They gave me the completely wrong buffer weight and spring from the advertisement. Advertised from them and VLTOR's website is the 5.3 oz buffer H2 and rifle length spring. I got from optics planet a slightly longer carbine spring and an H0 buffer which weighs 3.84 oz. Do not waste your time with this "Kit" go buy somewhere else
