Rail out of tolerance
I purchased the rail kit from Optics Planet. On arrival one of the 5 rails was machined out of tolerance. Accessories could not be tightened. Contacted Vltor thinking they would just mail a replacement rail. They said to contact the seller, they would have to replace it. Optics Planet promptly provided me a RMA mail tag. Normally a company stands by the product they make. I didn’t see this here.
Pros:
- Fits on my rifle properly.
Cons:
- Does not hold accessories like it should.
- Manufacturer does not properly support their products.

CASV rail kit
It’s VLTOR. If you are running VLTOR furniture, finish it out right! M1A scout squad. This finishes it with every VLTOR part you can install on the platform. I’m sporting Forrest Green. I’m using the 2 medium length (95mm), to mount the VLTOR bipod legs at the front of stock. The kit comes with 2 ea 55mm pieces of rail, 2 ea 95mm, and ONE 135mm section of rail, mounting screws, and allen wrenches.
