First trigger job I’ve ever done, really makes a difference s.
This was the first trigger job I have ever done for one of my guns. I was pleasantly surprised at the difference that it actually made for the trigger pull. The gold trigger didn’t exactly match the anodized gold finish that my Ruger has. Not a huge issue, it didn’t advertise that it would. Installation wasn’t horrible, I felt I was guessing a lot on the re-install. Volquartsen’s installation video could be a litte better. My reason for going with this over a TANDEMKROSS trigger was that it was a curved trigger versus tandemkross’s flat trigger. I have small hands and flat triggers sit to far ...

Very Smooth
This made my Mk4 very smooth and cycles way easier. Great if you want to make a 22 shoot more reliably.

Great option ad at a good price to really improve the trigger.
I put it on my Ruger Mark IV Lite.

There are many good videos out there, but this is not an easy install. If you're thinking it will take 10 minutes, you're wrong. It took me about two hours.

A fantastic upgrade
I installed this trigger kit myself. If you are mechanically inclined and have patience it is definitely doable. The video is very helpful, but I still had to use some basic reasoning to completely understand how it goes back together. Once set... the trigger pull is fantastically light, with just a tiny bit of preset. It is definitely a noticable differnce!
My only compaint is I did NOT need the competition kit. The competion kit include the bolt tune-up kit. I also purchased the Volquartsen competition bolt, which already includes the bolt tune-up kit. So I paid more for my trigger than I need to. If you get both then all you need is the accurizing kit.

PRETTY BIG IMPROVEMENT!!!
Felt it was time to improve on my Ruger Mark IV Tactical Target & this kit seemed to be a no-brainer on any Mark IV makeover!!!
Process took under an hour to install, tune the trigger & test functionality. The trigger is even better than before (stock wasn't terrible) & I definitely dont miss the magazine disconnect!!!

Awesome trigger
Amazing improvement over stock. Trigger is about 2.3 lbs after install but more importantly little to no take up and very little over travel. Reset is shorter than the factory trigger but not the best. Took about an hour to install following volquatsen’s instructional video. Not difficult but somewhat involved as you have to take the lower all the way down.

This kit , combined with the tandemkross Gamechanger compensator, turned my Ruger MkIV into a bullseye machine.
