Noticable Extraction Improvement

Love the extractor. I get maybe 1 extraction issue per 300 rounds with this vs. around 5 extraction issues per 300 rounds with the old extractor. Mainly run subsonic cci with a supressor. Didn't install the firing pin, but it's nice to have it as a spare.

Easily the best upgrade I’ve ever purchased

WOW, I cannot tell you how much of a difference this firing pin / extractor combo made. I went from a failure to extract/feed or stove pipe, probably every 5 to 10 rounds to shooting almost 250 rounds with only one or two issues, and I’d say those were all on the cheap ammo. Even using the 25 round magazines which are less reliable than the 10 round. Installation only took a few minutes. There’s a YouTube video that you can follow along with which makes it even easier. Definitely recommend this combo for anyone who owns or is thinking about buying a M&P15-22.

Rifle runs great

Changing these items out made a world of difference in the operation of this M&P 15-22. I don’t understand why S&W doesn’t make these changes at the factory. This rifle now goes through entire magazines with no problem at all.

Have always used Volquartsen products on my Smith Wesson mp15-22 highly recommend this product to reduce light primer strikes and fail to extract problems. A must have upgrade.
