Edward Shulde's Review of Volquartsen Firearms VS3 Recoil Rod Spring and Assembly Kit for Ruger MKII, MKIII and 22/45

A great upgrade to my 22/45. It is nice to be able to change this spring tension on the bolt. I was having issues where the bolt would not remain open after the last round. With the lighter spring I no longer have that issue. The gun cycles better without any problems even with cheaper ammo.
