JohnnyMoto's Review of Vortex 45 Degree Red Dot Sight Mount

I have a real nice Christensen Arms AR15 with a Vortex Strike Eagle scope. Shoots accurately out to 400yds. Love my set except scope was pretty useless for doing work up close. I am beyond happy with my Vortex Venom Red Dot now mounted up properly. Couldn’t be happier and I highly recommend the offset mount.
Pros:
  • Getting on sight quickly.
Cons:
  • A bit pricey
  • expensive - but worth it
  • A tad pricey
Best Used for:
  • Shooting 100yds or less
