wanted a scope to mount on Mosin Nagant... used a scope mount that fit on Iron sight dovetail... thus i needed a long eye relief scope...and did not want to spend $300 - $400 on a scope for $200 rifle. This scope met specs and was most cost effective technology for value of the rifle. No problems mounting and sighting in...
