Vortex crossfire ii 3-12x56mm ao hog hunter riflescope w/ v-brite reticle - Vortex Crossfire II Hog Hunter 3-12x56mm 30mm Tube Second Focal Plane Rifle Scope

I love this scope. I was shocked when it came. I had never bought a 56 mm scope. It is a lot bigger in person than I expected. I put it on a Browning Bar 3 243 rifle. I sighted it in at 200 yards, first with my sitelite laser sighter and then at a target. I shot a 6 inch group within 9 bullets. I haven't used the lit reticle yet. I plan on coyote hunting tomorrow night. This is my first scope with a forward focal plane. I definitely like that feature. This scope responded well to the crosshair adjustments. There is an adjustment on the front eyepiece to sharpen the view. I guess this is due to the reticle on the front focal plane. It is marked in yards. This is a little tight and something I will have to get used to. I've never had one like this. I usually shoot between 50 and 200 yards. When I set it at 150 yards, it seems to be fine.
