Vortex crossfire ii - Vortex Crossfire II AO 4-12x40mm 1in Tube Second Focal Plane Rifle Scope

I was looking for a Redfield with the hold over reticle and found out they aren’t made any longer so in searching for a scope that would do the job I found a Vortex. I own several other Vortex Scopes for long range shooting and I like the quality. I wanted one that I didn’t have to take the time to dial. This one has holdover tic marks that allows my 270 to hit dead center out to 500 yards. Now 500 yards isn’t much here in Kansas and guys routinely go out to over a thousand but for quick shots without dialing is a big plus and this scope really hauls the coal, so to speak. It’s clean, it’s sharp, and it really works great. You’ll like it if you are the kind of guy or gal who wants to cut the “fiddle factor” and just get the long shot off accurately. Try one.
