The Defender CCW is my third Vortex Defender that I own. I have two ST versions, one black and one tan. Both ST models have been installed on compact striker fired pistols and have worked well to date.
The CCW is up and running and I will be mounting it on my Mossberg 590S optics ready shotgun. Based on the performance of both ST models, I am confident that it will perform flawlessly as well.
