Solid and low profile
Does it's job, and seems sturdy. Used it to make the Vortex Venom enclosed box-style model co-witness with the tall pistol sights on the Kuna. Low-profile and slim.
I know basically everything with guns is like this, but thirty bones for a square inch of metal is dumb. Can't drop a star really because that's just the price of basic QC anymore.
Makes red dot set at perfect height

Great fit and finish on the mount. definitely heavier than expected. Shipped via USPS and will say that here in Alameda county - they are by far, the worst shipment method you could ask for. Otherwise, very happy with mount

The votex DDP red dot mounts very well to my hunting revolvers wit a Defender XL or SL or delta point pro, or EOTech eflix. On my 480ruger, 44 magnum, 41 magnum.

bought to mount red dot on shotgun
Bought this and paired it with a vortex venom enclosed reflex micro red dot to mount on one of my shotguns for my kids to turkey hunt with. This is actually the second one I bought the first one I mounted on my wife’s shotgun and it worked so well I had to buy one for my kids shotgun.
