Diamond back 20-60x80 review - Vortex Diamondback 20-60x80 Spotting Scope

Bought this just to take to gun range and help me with shooting accuracy only. I usually shoot between 100 - 200 yards targets. I think that the 200 yard range is close to max capability for this scope. It did reach out to 200 yards and let me see my shots with good clarity. That was at max magnification and focusing as good as i could get it. I shoot .223 rem and my son shoots 22lr. I could see his shots at 100 yards like as if i was standing right next to the target.

I paired this with the Vortex High Country tripod which worked great together. All in all a great bargain at this price range. Just be aware if you need to go farther than 200 yards to see bullet impact, you might want to get the Viper or Razor. If you are just buying to sight see while hiking, then this scope is the best deal.
