Look out leupold... - Vortex Diamondback Tactical FFP 4-16x44mm 30mm Tube First Focal Plane Rifle Scope

I just purchased a new Sig Cross Rifle in .308 and this Vortex is going on top! It was originally purchased for an AR build in 224 Valkyrie. I was amazed at how well it performed, so now it is getting a new home. It seems I only use either Vortex or Leupold scopes these days. They are both great scope makers, but I think Vortex now offers more features, and glass that is just as good or better for less money. This scope is brighter and clearer than my Leopold VX-3i that cost twice as much! And with a lifetime “no questions asked” warranty, you can’t go wrong. I will admit the reticle has a lot going on, and I probably won’t use it to it’s full potential. This is also my first focal plane scope, so I can’t compare that feature. I have owned several Vortex scopes, and I have loved them all...this might be the best one yet!
