Vortex golden eagle 15-60x52mm riflescope - Vortex Golden Eagle 15-60x52mm 30mm Tube Second Focal Plane Rifle Scope

I bought this scope for long range benchrest. I typically use the Nightforce BR model, but I needed more eye relief on my new Light Gun in 300 WSM. The Golden Eagle is as clear as my NF BR scopes, seems to track as well, and the ECR-1 reticle works as well as NF's NP2DD.

The Golden Eagle is significantly lighter then the NF BR, which for me meant I had to add more weight to the rifle. The Golden Eagle also has a good reputation for the crosshairs staying put under recoil, unlike some other more expensive scopes.
