Compact clear rangefinder
This is my first rangefinder (new to hunting). I haven’t got a chance to take it out in the woods yet, but around the yard and the neighborhood it looks like it is going to be just what I need. Ranged a car at about 310 yards easy. Unless your shooting long range 500yards or more, this is a great choice. Clear glass and easy to adjust focus. Buttons are easy to push, rangefinder itself is compact and will be easy to carry around. Ranged a few things with the scan and the one shot methods. Solid Rangefinder
It's exactly what I expect out of a vortex. Build is solid, seems to be no issue reading different on different surfaces, all is well. The case it comes with is a good bonus I was not expecting. Perfect for a temporary case on a bino harness setup.

Great Product
I love everything about this range finder. My only complaint is that it doesn’t give 1/10ths. The glass is clear and it ranges easily out to 700 yards, which I wouldn’t be shooting anyway. I’m comfortable at 500 and in.

Clear and easy to use
Used this rangefinder on a recent whitetail hunt in NC. Worked perfect, even in low light. Easy to use and gave consistent values which help get an accurate range for my son and he put the shot dead on. Got his first deer! I would recommend this rangefinder to anyone. It is basic but works and is easy to use and understand, especially under hunting pressure. A+

compact, quick, accurate
This little gem works beautifully. Obviates the necessity of carrying my heavier binoculars for in the brush range finding while bowhunting. Easy to focus. I can use the magnification for looking for detail as well

650 yards max
It seems nice enough but don't count on ranging anything beyond 650 yards. I haven't tested it on any retroreflective signs or anything (because I don't typically hunt those :) ), but on any surface or object I've found so far, 650 yards is the max. I compared it to my son's off-brand rangefinder and he can range about 2/3 of what is advertised as well. Maybe that's standard. I won't shoot at any animal even approaching 650 yards away but sometimes it's just nice to know how far away things are that are still out of range. I was also hoping to use it for longer-range target shooting (up to 800 yards) but this won't work for that. I'd recommend the product if you understand the limitations. It's probably not the right product to buy if you're hunting in the west or are into medium to long-range shooting.

works fantastic
Works great, optics planet was the only place I’d seen this thing on sale so I picked it up. No complaints, clear glass, works as it should. Plus you can’t beat the warranty. It is exactly as it is advertised

Great Product For Great Price
I really like the quality of vortex optics and the support they provide. This ranger finder has great vision and comes at a great price. The clarity of the optics matches all of the vortex products and the simplicity of this range finder is great too. Just a few menu options and you are ready to go.
