Most Helpful Positive Review Love these Binos
I love my Vortex Kaibab 15x56 Binos. I use them for glassing coues whitetail (the grey ghost of the desert.) in AZ. These glasses are very bright, sharp, crisp, and clear. Glassing just before sun rise or sun down is no problem. Looking though them sometimes makes you feel right next to what you are glassing with the fine detail they pick up. The warranty is unbeatable. I will say they are not as good as the Swarovski's. I put them side by side on a tri pod outside before I bought the Kaibabs and the Swaro's are the better glass. But for the minor differences between them and the huge price di...

Vortex bargin

This glass is a compromise between price and quality. It is well worth the price but I found it not to be as clear and sharp as higher priced equivalents. It is harder to stay in focus and the area of depth of focus in considerably shorter than higher priced glass. It will do a good job of allowing you to view distant areas for game but to truly evaluate an animal for finer points, better glass is needed.

Vortex Kaibab 15x56 - Great Product

by Legacy Reviewer, Written on September 15, 2013
I bought these binoculars because I could not afford a pair of Swarovskis and heard good things about the Vortex products. I have not been disappointed. Right off the bat I noticed I could get the barrels close enough for a perfect alignment with my eyes which I couldn't quite get with my brother's Swarovski SLCs. We also did an evening, disappearing light, side by side test on an object about 2-3 miles away and both of us agreed we could not really see any distinguishable difference between the two. The optics on these binoculars are excellent. Overall the binoculars are crisp, easy to use, and durable.

No one ever likes that moment when something happens and you need to send your prized item in for a repair but on one occasion I had bumped my tripod on a supper windy day and it was enough to knock it over with my binoculars on them. Unfortunately in landed on the eye cups and although I was able to finish out the day scouting they had to go in. With the VIP warranty they repaired the binoculars and had them back to me in a couple weeks with no charge and no questions asked. Great Service!

I would highly recommend these to anyone.
Pros: crisp clean FOV from edge to edge, excellent low light visibility, close ocular spacing, rubber coated, excellent VIP warranty
Cons: Can't say I've really found one yet. Some may say heavy but what 15x56s aren't?

Great binocular's

by Legacy Reviewer, from WA, United States Written on August 30, 2012
These are some of the best glasses I have ever used. The quality and detail of the landscape they pick up in the early morning and late night are amazing. When I hunt with other people I have a hard time getting the glasses back because everybody really likes to use them for scanning and finding those animals. I didn't notice a difference between these and the Swarvorski model. Can't beat the warranty. Looking forward to getting a rifle scope from Vortex.
Pros: Great eye relief and magnification
Cons: Need both eye pieces to adjust
