Excellent instrument - Vortex Solo 10x25 Monocular

I purchased the Celestron 6X30 monocular to keep in my truck as I travel the backcountry of Oregon in order to view the scenery and wildlife. I decided on six power magnification because in my experience it's hard to hold higher magnification steady.
I would rate this item as an excellent value because the design is simple, rugged, easy to use and most importantly, it has great optics. The monocular has a BAK4 prism, bright, sharp focus with no distortion at the edges.
At this price point, I think I got a good deal. I have used more expensive monos and they were not as good.
I would recommend this item.
