Great Binoculars!
This is a great product. I purchased these a month ago for this years hunts. I've spotted Elk from 3.5 miles in open country with these and can see Antlers from a mile away; although that is too far for counting points. They work well in low light conditions, too. An optional tri-pod mount is available.
Pros: Good Value; Clear, Bright, & Crisp; Durable, Comfortable for extended viewing times
Cons: Doesn't have rubber eye-cup side-sheilds
Very clear view
Upgraded my old binoculars I bought 20 years ago. These have amazing clarity and field of view. Well worth the price especially with the veterans discount!! Now I’ll be able to see elk at 400-500 yards with ease!

I thought I had high end binoculars
And my old ones are good but not this good. I have a great front porch for testing optics as I look over the Mississippi River and can see for miles. Cool huh. This means I can pick a distant object like a water tower and compare detail.
These Vortex binos are seriously clear and a heck of a value. And as light as smaller models.

Vortex Viper Binos
Should have bought these years ago. The distance you can see is crazy with these. Testing them out a street sign half a mile away is easy to see. In the field is even better and great clarity. Very durable and love the warranty.

best pair of bonoculars for the price range
Best pair of binoculars in that price range it's amazing the clarity on the lens, going to use it for elk hunting and just the range in visual objects is going to be a big plus especially on top of the ridges where most of my hunts are and it's harness fits comfortable on my body.

Vortex Viper 10x50 HD
These are great clear glass and one of the best warranty around. I had a pair of Leica 10x50 and after about 10 years of hard use the eye cups broke. You can guess the rest of that story. I would recommend these binoculars and scopes hands down and they treat the Military great.

Amazing Service
Purchased the Vortex Vipers! The best binoculars around. For me anyways. I’ve the had the chance to use them during this years elk season and was not disappointed! The temp, elevation, angles, light conditions tested these Vipers. What a tremendous difference they’ve made. Opticsplanet has the best in customer service. Vortex 10x50 HD
Outstanding glass for the price. Glass is extremely clear. I doubt I get anymore eye fatigue with these while glossing for elk. I have owned a few other name brands in the same class and like these a lot better. Optics planet gave me a great price with fast shipping/processing.

Like other Votex, a winner
This is my fifth Vortex product and while I have other higher end brands from years past, Vortex continues to empress beyond expectations for value and quality. This unit is similar in every way to what one could drop another grand for and not know the difference other than the label.

Vortex Binocular
I have always been a Nikon monarch person and do have a pair of Nikon Monarch 5 binocular and have a good comparison for the Vortex Viper.
The Vortex viper are clearer and easier to focus then the Monarch. The adjust quickly with a sharp Image. The warranty is the best no question asked any problems they will fix or replace them.
