Fantastic varmint scope - Vortex Viper HS LR 4-16x50mm 30mm Tube Second Focal Plane Rifle Scope

I purchased this scope for being able to shoot rockchucks out to 500 yards+ with my custom. 22-.250 AI Remington Mag.and was surprised beyond belief I was able to make consistent shots with it at this range. This scope, for the money, is a nice clear scope and the crosshairs stand out better than the Nightforce NXS I originally intended to use until I purchased a 6.5 Creedmoor that is now wearing it. For the type of hunting I use this rifle for it's absolutely perfect for coyotes, rockchucks and prairie dogs.
