Very proffesional - Vortex Viper HS 4-16x50mm Rifle Scope, 30mm Tube, Second Focal Plane

Scope was sent out day after I ordered it. Was sent a tracking when is was sent out for 2 day shipping. FeDex driver delivered it somewhere else on the day is supposed to come to me. I waited 3 days, per FeDex, for an investigation. Well they don’t know anything. So I called optics planets and let them know of situation and another one was sent out that day and they ordered the free 2-day shipping. Optics sent tracking to me and it showed a delivery date of 2 days and FeDex basically messed up again however this time I did get scope 5 days after order. Optics did their job and sold me a great scope and had no problems sending another on out when FeDex lost the first one. I will continue to purchase from them, would like to see a different shipping company option though.
