Works in both worlds - Vortex Ranger 1800 Laser Rangefinder w/ HCD

I recently purchased the Ranger 1800. Immediately I put it to use ranging out to 500yds for some target shooting, the scanning feature assisted in ranging at that distance. On same trip to the great outdoors I was able to set up archery targets at set distances with no problems.
The ranger came with nice over sized lanyard and carrying case as well as metal clip on side of unit that can be switch to either side.
The Ranger is covered by Vortex bullet proof warranty making the decision to purchase a no brained.
