Great for birding! - Vortex Razor HD 16-48x65 Spotting Scope

I purchased this scope from Optics Planet because I have had great service and support from Optics Planet, and have confidence in doing business with the company. I purchased the scope for birding, in particular for viewing raptors and for taking photographs. The scope is as described, and the optics are fantastic. I appreciate that the case (very nice, very well designed IMHO) came with the scope. I also have Vortex Viper binoculars; to me, the optics quality are similar - great clarity and light collection. Easy to use.
