The purchase of this scope started with my 33 year old son building me my first AR-15. After he completed the gun it was time to decide on what type of sights to purchase. After much research and watching/reading a ton of reviews. I decided on the Vortex Spitfire HD Gen II 5x Prism Scope. This scope is of high quality and the optics are excellent. My son was very impressed and jealous. His words were “ this thing is sick, and now I have to get one, dang it”!
