This product does exactly what is supposed to. Installation is easy and takes less than 10 minutes. Makes power adjustments very easy when you have your gloves on, and you can tell by feel where you are at once you get used to it. Bad thing about this is the price... for what it is they are profiting like thieves, thus the 3 star rating... value is not there for what you shell out.
