As always, my experiance with OP is always possitive, from the CSRs, the tech dept and fast shipping. This tool works exactly as advertised, amazing how off my 1-2-3 finger tourqing was, I was able to mount my scope on my new Ruger Precision Rimfire quickly, efficiantly and acurately. As well as re checking my work on my Ruger Precision Rifle.
