Great for the price!
I used this on a Ruger Precision Rifle in 6.5 Creedmoor to qualify to use a long distance range at a local gun club. I walked out to 900 yards with a ballistic calculator for targets at 307, 388, 431, 498, 580, 653, 681,763, 812, and 900 yards. The scope tracked great, so much so I hit a clay bird sitting on a berm at 900 yards. If you're looking for a low-cost, high value optic you won't be disappointed.
Great product lack of communication from the optics planet
The price was great everything was super the description was perfect the only problem I see was that they didn't tell me when it was shipping I asked for tracking numbers and got no reply so I guess if price point means no communication I guess that's what I'll just do for the future

Good Value, solid construction
Solid 34mm tube, FFP, not too crazy a Christmas tree reticle and beefy construction. I have this mounted on my plinker 6.5 Creedmoor Bergara premier action. Solid price when under MSRP and a coupon code
Eye relief is decent and the included throw lever is basic but it works. Glass is good quality and nice 2. While the venom is close in price to some of the other Chinese scope brands. The confidence in the vortex warranty is what made me pick this over Arken, etc

I bought this scope for a hunting trip and it out performed my expectations. Wide field of view and 25 power was awesome. I will definitely order another one for my next build

vortex scope
This is a great rifle scope by vortex, it has an extremely great reticle. overall I really like it. It comes with a zoom throw lever a scope shade and some other stuff. its a little heavy but that doesn't matter much just get strong.

Great glass . Bought to put on my 7prc . Honestly the sweet spot seems to be 15 to 18 power. I will definitely consider another one .

I’ve been using second plane 3x9 and 4x12 hunting scopes for 20 years and this is my first venture into the first focal plane world. With the discount that was running at time of purchase I acquired this for $389 (3/27/26)
I have put hands on experience with my friends arken scopes, vortex razors and eotech vudu ffp. In my personal opinion, for the venoms price point it cannot be beat. This is the perfect option for the guys like me just getting their feet wet in this.
The glass is crisp, the reticle is easy to read and understand, the finish on the housing is flat and rugged, all accompanied by vortex’s proven warranty and customer service. I could not be happier with this purchase and I will be recommending this product from this site whenever I can

Vortex Venom 5-25x56mm Scope
Love the larger 34mm tube, gives a much brighter view. With the 56mm objective bell, you will have to mount a little high, but not bad. Eye relief is good, but eye box seems a little small and hard to center at high powers. The reticle is okay, but a little course subtensions. Have not tested the repeatability of the windage and elevation adjustments as yet. Hope to use this for 1000 yard shooting, hope it has enough elevation adjustment.
