Fantastic scope - Vortex Venom 5-25x56mm 34mm Tube First Focal Plane Rifle Scope

The single most important feature of a scope is the glass. This Venom has extremely clear fantastic glass. Everything else works fine. Turrets work as they should. The glass quality is as good as or better than some scopes going for double the price. Lots of reviews talk about turrets and tracking but simply put if the glass is good the scope is usable even if the turrets malfunction but if the glass is bad the scope is a club even if the turrets and tracking work. I used just the EBR-7C reticle to shoot at and hit a 5" target from a tripod at 490 yards. It was the second time I had ever used a tripod.
