Tony's Review of Vortex Viper HD 12x50mm Binocular
I bought both viper 10x50s and 12x50s.
The 10x50s were just excellent in every aspect. When I grabbed the box with the 12x50s I noticed that the box was not sealed.
I pulled out the 12x50s and there were no ocular eye covers. The coating near the ocular lens was ripped and pealing off.
I called opticsplanets about the situation and the women who answered could not have been any better. She explained very kindly and in great detail how to return them so I could receive a new pair. I have already received notice that opticsplanet has the returned item back.
I’m now just waiting to see how the rest of the story unfolds.
