Bought this scope thinking that it was an American made product. Vortex may be a american company but this scope is not made in usa. This was disappointing to me. The advertising needs to be more clear on this. I thought that since it was a vortex that it would be made in usa. This does appear to be a well made scope and I have no complaints in that regard. If I had it to do over again then I would have spent a few more dollars to make sure I was buying american.
