Clear glass at all ranges. Positive clicks. Great scope for dial up or hold-over. Always returns to zero. Eye forgiveness at high magnification is less than expected.

Vortex Viper is great for my application.
The customer service was terrific and I always feel like I get very competitive pricing. I frequently shoot at 100 yards, often 200 and I love ringin’ the steel at 400. The Viper is great for this.

Great scope
Crystal clear great magnification. Shipping was very fast. You can’t beat the vortex warranty either. Got it for elk hunting would recommend to anyone. I got it on sale which was a big bonus. Shout out to optics planet for the great deals.

excellant scope
This scope is built like a tank. Clarity is great, love the reticle amd the turrets have a nice solid feel. I will continue to buy Vortex products they have yet to disappoint. Wish they would have included a quick adjust ring to adjust magnification.

Vortex hslr works
Bright glass fine reticle. I like it. Easy to range and get in target at full magnification. Wish it had lockable turrets but I get by. Would recommend for anyone shooting longer distances without breaking the bank.

Great glass!
Really impressed with this scope. I put it on my tikka .308 and I can’t begin to tell you how big an improvement it is versus the scope it replaced (I’ll not name names, not here to trash anyone’s products...) And thanks to optics planet for the great price and quick delivery!! I’ll be using you guys again without a doubt!

WOW What a scope!
When I started out looking for a new long range scope for my first elk hunt I wanted the best I could afford. Great light gathering ability, Great optics, would focus to my old tired eyes,fully adjustable and came with a great warranty. What I found was VORTEX! The Vortex Viper 6-24 X 50 is what I chose. It was the right choice and it is warranted forever. Any Questions?

Vortex viper ffp with. Xlr
Great scope I put this on a .224 valkyrie I got the ffp reticle since it seemed to make more sense the distance between the graduations staying consistent size. I like the xlr reticle so it’s not always necessary to dial in yardage it’s marked in moa so you can just hold or dial I’m used to moa so I went with that having bought miliradian scopes in past and not liking them oh also I went with a 20 moa tapered mount to make the scope more useful

Great scope
Great scope. Great price. I have two and have had very good luck with both of them. One is on an ar 10 the other is on a bolt gun in 300 prc. They work well on both platforms. I use them for range shooting as well as hunting the ar 10 for coyotes and the bolt gun is brand new but will be used for big game elk and deer.

very very nice
this is the most expensive scope I have bought but it is worth it! the view is crystal clear and holds its zero through some rough treatment. it's great at low light and can easily be mounted to ar10's.
