I bought this scope as a budget scope for my Ruger Precision Rifle. I have more expensive rifles with more expensive scopes, but I wanted to give one a try. I found lots of excellent reviews online, and like anything a bad one which turned out completely unfounded. When I got it, I didn't expect such an excellent product. First off the glass is amazing! Long range scope

I love my new vortex viper.. in the market for another now... I will be purchasing a second one for my new gun!! I got 6x24 on my first one I will be getting the 5x25 on my next one though... have one of each!!

Great Optics

I have really enjoyed my Viper Optics. I own three of them and can't fault them for anything. Their heavy weight adds to their durability. I especially like the first focal plane. These are worth the money and cheaper than some.

  • Illuminated Reticle is excellent outside of bright sunlight

Vortex Viper PST 6-24 x 50mmFFP

Great scope. Works well and lets you shoot long distance and right on target. Easy to adjust and the FFP is wonderful. Bring everything up close and comfortable to make sure you are right on sight. I have three Vortex scopes 2 with FFP and 1 with second focal plane. They all work great.

Vortex bubble level fits snug like a bub in the pub. The Vortex PMR rings secure the scope like a precision match made in heaven :D Seemingly designed to ride specifically on my rifle... like a precision slice of butter... melting and blending deliciously with the deadly stack of pancakes underneath it... SLATHERED IN .338 LAPUA MAPLE SYRUP. An elegant EBR-2 MRAD reticle laser etched into the window... of it's soul. A pleasure... to say... the least.

Great Scope

Solid and accurate performer

Really solid optic that is worth the money. Have the Vortex Razor Gen II as well and this is a step below but not much of one. Tracking is spot on throughout the range of adjustments. Clarity is excellent. For the price, it's hard to beat a Vortex

Super Scope, Super Deal

This is my first $1k+ scope, everything previously noted was true about this scope. Glass is clear, no distortion; turrets are well-marked, easy to read, and align again on each click. Exceptional scope for a very good price. Mounted on a Stag AR15 Model 6 Varminter.

Great optic for the money! The glass is very clear and the turrets are marked well and easy to read from a shooting position. I did lots of research on many different brands and the Vortex was a great choice for the budget I had set. This one did not disappoint!!

Best Scope for the Money

This is a very good quality scope for the price. For a scope that is similar to this would cost a significant amount more. Mounted this scope on my Remington 700, Love It. The EBR-2C recital really helps with longer range.
