2nd pair and he ear buds won't hold a charge - Walkers Silencer R600 26dB Ear Buds

When I received my first pair of ear buds I was excited to receive them. When I went to charge them they wouldn't charge. Called Walker and they told me the ear buds where defective to return to where I purchased them. I returned my first pair and was told I would be sent a second pair. Second pair came in and I got the same results. Cant get in touch with Walkers Customer Service looks like they are not answering the phone, busy signal since the morning. I will be returning this second pair for a refund. Very disappointed with Walkers, they lost a customer. My rating should be a no stars !!!
