You have to do your part..
1st.. not sure what was up with CS in 2021, maybe Covid stuff? But my experience was great.. circa 2022/2023 had mine replaced due to washing machine exposure. That's a 5 in my book. 2nd Clean the contacts on your buds, and the box. Fully charge them.. in the box.. plugged in. Make sure each bud has a red indicator light! Make sure that your foam tips are not keeping the buds from making contact.. I've been using mine for a couple years. Zero problems, but.. I've helped a few folks follow directions, and theirs worked just fine.

New product had to be returned
The product would not turn on, even after multiple trouble shooting forums and ect, i still had to send back. The only thing good is the fit is fantastic, but the technology is no good. I guess all the reviews of that happening were true.

They dont work
I should have read the reviews before I purchased. I wanted them to work. They are comfortable but only the right ear would work and it would only hold a charge for about 1 hour. I couldn't consistently get them to turn on let alone volume control. The package came without any directions. I had to call customer service to get the pdf.

Walkers R600 Ear Buds
This is a poor quality product. The right ear bud won't take a charge out of the box so it does not work. The left bud works fine. Try to get warranty service for replacement but a big hassle from bad customer service.

Works, but poor quality and no customer service with 1 year warrany.
I like the way they work. After a little over a year, the right ear piece will not turn on. Only 1 year warranty. Customer "NO" service offered a10% off full retail as the only option. Seriously???? OP'S list prices is less than that. Very expensive device to only last a couple of times. Find a better option.
