They dont work - Walkers Silencer R600 26dB Ear Buds

I should have read the reviews before I purchased. I wanted them to work. They are comfortable but only the right ear would work and it would only hold a charge for about 1 hour. I couldn't consistently get them to turn on let alone volume control. The package came without any directions. I had to call customer service to get the pdf.
Its too bad, I really wish they would work.
