Purchased and tried out this product in 3 locations - each one yielding disappointing results. Too much feedback from the blowing breeze, own breathing, etc. These might help someone out who has significant hearing loss (aka as a hearing aid) but for a hunter with normal hearing trying to gain an edge these just don't provide anything over and above what can be heard naturally (or with an over-the-ear muff model) without over-amplifying the ambient noise. Definitely not worth the premium price.
Pros:
- Size, Weight, Fit-n-Finish
Cons:
- Performance for the price
- Overamplification of ambient noise
- No significant edge for someone with normal hearing
Best Used for:
- Hunters who have significant hearing loss
