Most Helpful Positive Review PPS M2 8-Round Magazine
Since it is not specifically stated in the details, I'll tell you this. This is in fact a real Walther OEM Italian made Mec-Gar magazine. It has the same "made in Italy" stamp in the thin leading edge as do all others. With a little more pinky purchase than it's 7-round cousin, It is the real deal and it arrives in the typical Walther magazine display packaging with the PPS M2 identifier clearly and boldly printed on the packaging. I like these they come in factory packaging it's a factory magazine so if you have a PPS m2 auto these are for you I don't have a 8 rd see no need for them a person should have plenty of magazines on hand

Walther PPS 8round magazines, fit , finish and function are excellent.I recommend this product. 6and 7 round magazines are available also. They don’t weigh you down and work fine when hiking, bike riding or taking a walk in the neighborhood.
Pros:
  • Easy to load and carry two at a time
Cons:
  • low capacity
Best Used for:
  • Self defense, conceal carry, in or out of home

Works well. Fits my Walther. Getting the last round in is always a challenge, but it’s a bit easier with these mags than with the mags that came with the pistol. The price was about the same as from the factory.

8 round fits walther pps rmsc

Just slightly longer than the standard 7 round mag. haven't taken to range yet. Did notice one of the two mags was much tighter / tougher spring. Hard to load last two rounds. On the plus side -- hand cycled slide expelling rounds BETTER than the other spring. Hoping at range all will go as expected.

  • Extra rounds from standard - good pinky placement
Cons:
  • One spring hard to load last two
  • One spring very tight, hard to load last two rounds

  • Extra rounds for range and defense

Planet Optics continues to provide OEM at much better prices than the manufacturer's website stores. Great mag for one of the most underrated handguns available. One note of concern, after about 300-400 rounds reloading by hand, those feed lips can start to be a bit sharp on the thumb.

i recieved my 1st order of one (7) and one (8) round magazines for my new walther ppsm2 and both mags are an excelent fit to the gun and performed very well with no problems at all. i liked them both so well that i put in a 2nd duplicate order. you cant have to many magazines..

Very good magazine

I have large hands and found the stock magazine to be a bit of a challenge. I ordered the 8 rd PPS M2 and it fit perfectly and gave my pinkie a home. I HAVE found that the magazine really only holds 7 rds, but I'm not worked up about that. I'm not a big guy (5'8") but even with this extended magazine, I can conceal my PPS M2 completely IWB while wearing shorts and a slightly baggy muscle shirt.
Pros:
  • perfect Walther product
Cons:
  • really hard to get 8 rds loaded
Best Used for:
  • Concealed carry (spring and summer)
