The mount would not center the 1500 dollar german made scope,the gun smith said some times there made so fast this happens,he ordered from another source and has not yet called me back.3 weeks now and I missed my chance to use this rifle.

Warne Steel Rifle scope Mounting Base Weatherby Mark V

Excellent product from Warne. Made is the US (OR). This mounted clean onto a Weatherby Mark V Weathermark LT. The only downfall on this rail is the weight...it is steel though, so it's to be expected.

Warne Magnum Base

Magnum in all the ways; robust, dependable, sturdy, gets the job done. I have the bases married up with the Warne Mountain Tech Rings on top of a Weatherby MarkV 30-338. The set-up works flawlessly. Shot groups are tight and repeatable. I recommend the bases on any magnum caliber.

solid bases, fit well in a weatherby ultralight 30-06, good weight fit well with the low profile rings as well. recommended by an experienced hunter who uses leupold scopes with warne bases. good instructions, packaging and sent out in an ok delivery time.
