you can spend more but why? Got this for a recent .224 Valkyrie build and wanted a light but strong mount. Needed +20 for greater ability at distance and this turned out to be solid option. Construction quality is great and when I went to lap the rings (this is a precision rifle build after all) it turns out I didn't need too because the alignment rods were perfectly aligned so that saved me some work. Highly recommended.
