Most Helpful Positive Review Warne high steel rings. Very tough scope ring.
I bought this ring set for its quality, toughness and price for what you get. I installed them over a YHM .5" riser on a Ruger AR556. For me they seem easy enough to install and were completely in line. They work with both Weaver style bases and picatinny rails. Once installed they will not move. I was already familiar with them as we had used a medium height set on my wife's Ruger American Compact .243. Both hold Leupold VX 1 scopes just fine. Material and machining are excellent. Be sure to follow the supplied directions and if your base or bases are straight they will install easily.

The best scope rings on the market!

by izhevski, from TX, United States Written on February 25, 2024
I have Warne rings on every large bore rifle I own except one that came with rings. I also have them on some of my small bore modern target rifles. I do a lot of shooting and would recommend them to anyone who wants a superior scope ring.

Pros:
  • Will hold anything in place
Cons:
  • Heavy but not a deal breaker
Best Used for:
  • hunting

Quality rings

by Illinois Deer Hunter, from IL, United States Written on May 24, 2023
Warne rings are a good purchase. They work well. With the higher cost of ammunition these days a good set of quality rings that hold true, (shot after shot), is worth the cost. Steel rings, made in America and they hold true for shot repeatability.
Pros:
  • value
  • Quality
  • USA Made
Cons:
  • Just a bit different to mount but they hold a scope very true.

Warne Rings

by bholt, Verified Owner from TX, United States Written on May 17, 2020
I like these rings, I installed them on a 25-06. I had been using the Leupold std bases and rings and after trying these on my 6.5 I decided to convert over to these. I chose the steel rings because weight was not an issue for the way I hunt.
Pros:
  • Good rings and easy to set eye relief
Cons:
  • None
Best Used for:
  • All scopes

Precision Solution

by RICH, Verified Owner from OR, United States Written on December 28, 2017
Fits picatinney rails or Weaver bases with precision. Rock solid mounting with the ability to easily rotate
cross hairs to a level postion. Firm, non-damaging grip on scope. I'm putting these on all my rifles. Their verison for Ruger rifles are a significant improvement over factory rings.
Pros:
  • Quality
Cons:
  • None
Best Used for:
  • everything

I needed a pair of scope rings for my H & R ultra slug gun to raise the
sight up, I found these warne rings on optic planet & they are high enough
to sight in objects without moving your head up & down. They fit very tight to
the rail!

Does exactly what you need it to do

by PAHuntTeam, from PA, United States Written on July 15, 2015
I have Warne mounts and rings on 5 of my long guns from a .243 to rifled shotguns. I have not had one problem with the mounts or rings coming loose or failing in any way. I use the high rings because I am tall and low or medium rings put the scope below a comfortable eye level. I will continue to look first for Warne products when selecting mounts and rings (you can also get them in silver if you want to match a stainless barrel).
Pros:
  • Never failed
Cons:
  • None
Best Used for:
  • Any long gun

Good mounts

by Legacy Reviewer, from WA, United States Written on February 11, 2013
I love these rings. For the price you, these can't be beat. I have these mounted on my 10/22 and it does the job just as good as higher price rings. Only thing is the side assembly took a little longer to set up then top mounts. Not much of a problem if you don't change out your scope.
Pros: Price
Cons: Side assembly vs. Top assembly
