Most Helpful Positive Review Picatinny rail for howa mini action
I bought this for a howa min action after trying to use 2 piece bases. The action is so short that the 2 piece bases didnt leave any flexibility to account for eye relief, so I bought this picatinny rail. The height was very close to the 2 piece bases and worked great. The holes lined up as they should and installation of the rail took no time. There are plenty of slots on the rail to allow proper ring placement. Great product!

Warne base for Howa

The Warne Tactical Rail base for the Howa 1500 mini action is the best on the market.
I have tried others, I will not reveal names, the Warne is far superior in quality.
The old saying of "You get what you pay for" is true in this case. Extra cost means much
better quality in this case.

Fit & finish well done

Made with the much stronger 70 series aluminum to easily handle the harder recoil of a 45 caliber rifle. Mil Spec anodizing, Torx mounting hardware and an install bit to boot. It matched my Howa Mini Action.

Fits perfect, looks great on my camp stock. Great addition to this rifle. Ordered wrong part but Optics Planet was great to deal with. They sent me the right part at no charge even though it was my fault.

good value

I Mounted this rail on my 7.62x39 Howa Mini. No problems with mounting. Everything lined up just fine. Plenty of space to mount a short 1x6 scope. Used a set of Vortex rings, and after torquing it all down, the rifle was nearly boresighted in without having to touch it.
