These are great rings and easy to install. They detach by unscrewing rather than flip a lever and that is problematic on a short tube like a scout scope. One side will come off easily but the other impinges on the scope caps. So not really quick detachable, just detachable. And you still need a tool to loosen the ring so the scope slides out of the way to turn the lever. Not bad but not perfect for a scout scope application.

These rings are easier to take on and off. Fit and finish and quality is the same.
The main difference is that the quick release lever is longer, which gives more leverage. Also, the clamp threads are finer; less pressure is needed to get a firm clamp on a piccatiny rail. Overall, I prefer these to the Leopold.

Absolutely love these quick detach rings. Would never go back to regular rings.Quality solid steel. Split is on top which makes them easier to mount. You can line up split with center of scope. Like the ability to re-index the levers out of the way when finished

These rings are superbly designed and machined. Shooters will appreciate the ability to clock the levers so as to prevent snags and, to a lesser degree, keep them out of line of sight when weapon is drawn. It takes 2 complete rotations of the levers to clear from a weaver. I would never hesitate to build with a Warne product.
Best Used for:
- switch to irons
- remove scope for firearm maintenance

I chose the Warne Quick Detach 1" dia. "Low" rings based on the .250 inch ring height, to mount a Hi-Lux Long Eye Relief 2-7X32 scope on a Ruger Scout Rifle in keeping with the spirit of a Scout Rifle (back up iron sights). The rings have a integrated Stainless lug that index's with the rail to aid in recoil which I considered it a plus for the .308 caliber. Very secure fit and finish, had the scope setting perfect on the rifle with 1/8th inch clearance at the ocular. Very satisfied with the combination.

The Warner maxima steel rings mounted easily on my Henry . They hold the Leupold 1” scope with ease. Shipping was fast and price was fair.
Pros:
- Easy removal from scope.
- Easy to remove on and off the rifle.
Cons:
- A little on the heavy but well bui
- A little on the heavy side but well built

They were a little difficult to use because they tighten down from the side making it difficult to level your scope and secure the rings. Also, the QD levers did come loose while sighting in my scope. I would most likely have choosen different rings, but I'm just a target shooter and not a competition one. So, they'll suffice for the moment and I'll continue to research for another set.

I put these on a Henry Long Ranger in 6.5CM with sights. I also used Warne 2 piece bases for a Marlin 336, the bases are the same hole pattern and screw size. With this setup I can use my open sights and then put the 3-9 Leupold vx-II back on with the low Warne QD rings and remain lined up.
