I used these rings to attach a Leupold scout scope to the Picatinny rail on my Ruger Scout Rifle. They are very solid, using four screws on each ring to hold it together. They were also not too difficult to install, but beware: it does use a crossbar or crosskey underneath each ring to lock it into the rail. When removing the scope/rings from the rifle (especially in the field), be careful not to lose the crossbars as they can drop free.
