Kingwiththeax's Review of Warne Vapor Lightweight Level Scope
I used Warne Maxima steel, medium rings to direct mount my scope to a Tikka T3 receiver. The streamlined design of this ring level allowed me to slip the ring around the scope tube without removing the scope from the gun. I can see the bubble through my left eye while I’m on the gun in shooting position. Way less bulky than most similar products, and made by a reputable scope mounting company, for a reasonable price.
Pros:
- Thin design allows installation without removal of scope.
- Finish matches other Warne rings/bases
Cons:
- none sofar
Best Used for:
- Any gun with a scope that you want to shoot from field positions out past 300 yards.
