Excellent System

This hone set really sped up my knife sharpening process on my more dull knives, and it has saved me a lot of time by forming an edge quickly instead of using a higher grip hone for 3-4 times as long. You really need the full set of these hones and this would be the first one I purchase after getting my sharpener.

  • Quick, efficient, quiet
Cons:
  • I wish the back of the hones had a grit to them as well
