Weaver micro - Weaver Micro Red Dot Sight

Nice little site. Holds a zero. Too bad the mounting system isn't. Torqued at 15 inch lbs, site came loose after about 50 rounds through a Ruger Mark IV. retorqued again, marked the nut position. Came loose again, nut did not move out of position, retouqued again & used lock tite. Came loose again. This kept happening several more times. Problem is the splined shaft screw keeps pulling in closer into the mount clamp every time you tighten it. I had the same thing happen the a set of Weaver rings. Cheap mounting materials. I will have to improve the mounting system myself for this site to operate properly and securely.
