Weaver classic 4x28 rimfire scope - Weaver Rimfire 4x28mm RV4 Duplex Reticle Rifle Scope

Bought for a Browning BL-22, great physical match, preserves the lines of those smaller rimfires. On unpacking, disappointed to find traces of oil on tube, luckily not on lenses! Not up to the usual Japanese production standards... Click adjustments seem very cheap, similar to some $40 scopes, though the adjustments are accurate and repeatable. Optics are brighter than my Leupold VX1 2-7x33 (set on 4x), with a similar trace of edge chromatic aberration, a pleasing result, especially for a 28mm. Overall, recommended for those seeking good optics in a small scope, and nearly half the price of the equivalent Leupold.
Pros: Bright, light, good physical match for a .22
Cons: Windage/elevation adjusters belong on much cheaper scope
