Weaver classic v-3 - Weaver V-3 1-3x20mm Dual-X Hunting Rifle Scope

Made in Japan, I found this scope to be exceptionally bright and clear despite it's small 20mm objective lens. Fully multi-coated optics. It sits and looks good atop my Marlin 444P carbine due to it's low profile and 9.1" length. It does not "overpower" my rifle the way other scopes did. Mounted with Leupold low rings, it easily clears the hammer and spur, allowing for a good cheek weld and comfortable shooting. The low profile turrets are sleek and all functions operate smoothly. The matte finish is nice and markings are easy on the eyes, limited to power settings and a single "Weaver" logo. Adjustments are extremely precise, with the combo zeroing in only 6 rounds at 75 yards. Shooting on 1X and 2X is an incredible experience, the field of view is huge! It's the closest thing to iron sights without using iron sights, and there's nothing to obscure the target. I highly recommend to anyone putting together a fast-handling, close range brush gun. I'll definitely be getting another one for my 44 Mag Trapper.
