Chris Waugh's Review of Weaver Scope Mounting Kit - Standard/Deluxe
Oordered this because I have a bad habit of over tightening scope mount bolts, it works great easy to use and comes with most of the bits you need, seems to be made well, comes with loctite,and several different size bits
Pros:

Cons:
- Handle is a little large awkward to hold
